This exciting position of TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER is a terrific opportunity to develop and improve the lives of our clients through coordination of care and program management. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing, implementing and designing HIL’s recruitment strategy, developing the Recruiter team, and ensuring that each region has quality applicants and hires in a timely, efficient manner. This position does require up to 30% day-travel; some overnight travel may be required. Main office based in Green Bay WI.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager possessing strong leadership skills, a high attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to lead a team and thrive in a high-paced, multi-faceted work environment. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position will join the talent acquisition leadership team and act as a resource to provide guidance to the designated company recruiters and will focus on leading all recruitment functions and projects for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage effective recruitment strategies and full-cycle recruitment plan for HIL, identifying unique efforts as applicable in each region utilizing a variety of recruitment resources.
  • Leads workforce planning initiatives that build and strengthen our 100% employee ownership culture that supports our existing and planned growth needs. Partners with operations management across HIL to identify and resolve acute staffing concerns.
  • Hires, develops and provides ongoing support to the Recruiters. Provides training on recruitment strategies and plans to achieve HIL’s business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a creative and innovative full-cycle sourcing/recruitment plan, tools and techniques that will optimize job postings to maintain a qualified pipeline of applicants.
  • Provide training on recruitment strategies to achieve business objectives and promote a team environment.
  • Partner with management to create and update job descriptions, ensuring they are accurate and reflective of each job.

Monitor and manage the ATS including data content ensuring the system is properly functioning and Recruiters are using the system as designed and trainedQualifications:Run weekly/monthly metrics including turnover and open positions reports to assess current performance and make adjustments to practices as needed to ensure goals are met. To be considered for this job, you must meet the following requirements.

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Requires minimum of 7- 10 years of experience in most of the following HR disciplines: recruitment, retention, on-boarding, performance management, and equal opportunity employment.
  • 5-7 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with applicant tracking system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
