Cortica is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing team!

What will you do?

  • Ensure Cortica's open positions are filled within the specified time-to-fill parameters by recruiting top talent.
  • Promote an environment of excitement for all applicants and job candidates as a key member of the talent acquisition team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Cortica's Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and technologies. Enjoys the details and makes every effort to limit administrative errors.
  • Guide and manage the recruiting process from start to finish, working as part of a close-knit, high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Leverage your excellent sourcing skills to identify, engage, excite, and convert passive talent into curious candidates.
  • Foster collaboration, build trust, and cultivate relationships with hiring managers and teammates.
  • Communicate recruiting strategies to hiring teams and advise on talent market data insights, the latest sourcing tools and approaches, candidate profiles, and interviewing best practices.
  • Maintain effective and proactive communication, keeping stakeholders informed about the status of your recruiting efforts.
  • Provide training and guidance to interviewers and hiring managers on recruiting, interviewing and applicant tracking processes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to Cortica by living the values, promoting our employer brand to candidates, and helping internal teams become Cortica employee advocates.
  • Attend and suggest any recruiting events such as job fairs, tradeshows, or other large in-person group settings to attract talent to Cortica.
  • Conduct intake meetings, and follow-up meetings with hiring managers and key stake holders.
  • Efficiently and effectively communicate with hiring managers and with candidates throughout the interview cycle.
  • Negotiate and close candidates within Cortica's established compensation bands.

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business management, economics, communications, or related field.
  • You have 2 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
  • You have experience recruiting for healthcare roles (ABA, SLP, OT and Doctorate Level).
  • You are eager to do hands-on full lifecycle recruiting in a high-growth environment.
  • You possess integrity and thoughtfulness in dealing with people and confidential information.
  • You have previously demonstrated ability to source aggressively and creatively for scarce talent.
  • You have excellent marketing and negotiation skills with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • You have previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System

The base pay range for this opening is $68,000 to $70,000. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
