We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources onboarding specialist and trainer to create and execute various human resource programs. Key areas of responsibility are Talent Management & Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Training. Duties and accountabilities are not limited to those outlined here and may include other related deliverables requested by the Senior Leadership Team. Will work alongside the Human Resources Director and report to the COO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Talent Management and Acquisition and Administrative Support.
  • Provides constructive and timely training.
  • Regularly assess and recommend onboarding program changes and enhancements to drive better retention and engagement of candidates.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Chief Operations Officer and other department managers to spearhead the development and maintenance of Talent Management & Acquisition to accommodate the company’s short-term and long-term goals.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the Company’s overall goals and strategic growth and drives the Human Resource function in alignment with those goals and strategies.
  • Develops training, initiatives, and surveys to support the Company’s human resource compliance and growth strategy to improve employee retention and engagement and to position the Company as an Employer of Choice.
  • Partners with Leadership and Operations on performance evaluations and talent management: productivity metrics, recognition initiatives, and engagement strategies.
  • Performs other duties as requested and required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of human resource management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems with solid business and accurate judgment.
  • Experience in supporting and coaching HR Assistants or Associates, preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR/SPHR are highly desired.

Experience

  • 5 - 7 years

  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and to handle difficult and/or sensitive situations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience in legal office field highly preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
