LMI Landscapes, Inc. is a privately owned full service commercial landscape firm providing a full suite of services to some of the best clients across Texas & Colorado from our Dallas, Denver, and Austin offices. We are a 35 plus year old business that is growing at a tremendous pace and will continue to provide opportunities for all our team members.

We are looking for a Recruiter to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Recruiter responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (labor and management positions).
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Host and participate in job fairs.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Direct hiring of Hispanic labor workforce.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Craigslist, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, work, and Outlook.
