Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. National Debt Relief is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to tackle high volume recruiting, due to our tremendous growth. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full cycle recruitment process for key departments including but not limited to sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified applicants to hiring managers. This will be a fast-paced role requiring a level head and a hands-on approach. Our dynamic team thrives on collaboration and teamwork, with passion for the candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume roles
- Create job descriptions and post job openings in applicant tracking system and other application sources
- Source candidates using applicant tracking database and job board key word searches (including, but not limited to, reaching out to prospective applicants and referral sources, attending career fairs and networking, etc.)
- Coordinate all aspects of hiring (including, but not limited to, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, hosting feedback sessions with teams, following up with candidates, etc.)
- Provide a high-quality experience for every candidate from application to hire
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates
- Other ad hoc projects as required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume recruiting setting
- The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly
- High energy, self-motivated team player with a great attitude who can work with grace under pressure
- Great attention to detail, organized, and committed individual with a drive to provide excellent candidate experience at all touch points
