Job Profile:
This position is paying between USD 60,000 - USD 70,000.

We are looking for a pilot recruiter to facilitate our ambitious fleet expansion plan at Red Wing Aviation (RWA).

Red Wing Aviation is an FAA certified Part-135 charter operator, FAA Part-145 aircraft maintenance and repair station, aircraft management company, and pilot training facility. The planes and flight crew are rated as ARG/US Gold and Wyvern Registered.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with HR and hiring managers to advise on strategy to source candidates;
  • Utilize RWA recruitment tools to manage job postings - website, job boards and social media;
  • Representing RWA at job fairs and conferences;
  • Utilize position requirements to perform initial application screening, including first-stage telephone interviews, in line with the position requirements, organizational information and hiring manager's brief;
  • Recommend to HR and hiring managers to schedule next stage interviews;
  • Work with candidates, HR, and hiring managers to schedule next stage interviews;
  • Inform candidates of and guide candidates through the initial recruitment process;
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency in our recruitment process e.g. talent pooling and better use of recruitment tools;
  • Collaborate on the development of Red Win Aviation's Employer Brand and messaging;
  • Remaining current on compliance issues related to FAA hiring guidelines.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Experience recruiting pilots or experience flying as a commercially rated pilot;
  • Experienced recruiter that has worked on high volume recruitment, either in-house or for a recruitment company - preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Such as iCIMS, JobVite) and LinkedIn Recruiter - preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly, knowledgeable phone presence;
  • Independent, self-starter who is detail oriented, highly reconized and goal focused;
  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office, ability to learn new programs quickly;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • High school diploma or GED. Advanced degree is a plus.
