Overview
The Talent Management Program Manager serves as a key team member in coordinating and managing project plans, programs and activities in support of system-wide initiatives across Leadership Development, Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Culture or System-Strategy, aimed at creating and maintaining an aligned, healthy and agile high performance organization.
The individual in this role will serve in a variety of capacities including but not limited to:
? Management of Leadership Development cohort and system-wide programming
? Program or Project Tracking, Meeting Notes & Logistics
? Data collection, coding, entry & basic reporting
? Design of leader and team member resources (process documents, guides, etc)
? Support with the design of presentations and reports
? Research and gather data for talent management strategy, process & program design
The individual in this role should have knowledge of project and program management methods and tools, along with basic data and excel skills. Experience in and knowledge of Talent Management, Org Development, Learning or HR is beneficial. Highly accountable and comfortable working independently, while also able to collaborate effectively with a variety of team members.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilites and Essential Functions
- Project & Program Management: Serve as a project/program manager for multiple Talent Management projects or initiatives, to include the following activities:
- Actively manage project plan
- Setting up project meetings, tracking notes, and following up on action item
- Identify project risks, generate potential solutions and inform key stakeholders as appropriate
- Management of Leadership Development cohort and system-wide programming: collaborate with Leadership Development team to manage leader experience in system-required leader programs and elective cohort development programs. Responsible for evaluation and analysis of key learner data.
- Document Design: Collaborate in the design of leaders and team member resources, reports and presentations to include: Designing clear and instructive visuals and effective display of data; Outlining clear processes or instructions; Modifying mediums and modalities to needs of the audience
- Data Collection and Research:
- Data Collection: Support in the collection and coding focus group and survey data, database entry and basic data reporting
- Research: Research and gather leading practice models, process and data and synthesize key highlights to support design of presentations, programs and processes
- Personal & Professional Development - Actively seeks out opportunities to participate in functional area or project meetings to gain insight into the organization processes, mindsets and behaviors and shares insights based on skill and experience and supporting process implementation as needed. Actively participates in OD/OE and/or Business Strategy professional networks to learn, support personal development, and share best practices.

Qualifications
Required Minimum Education
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor?s in IO Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Human Resource Management, or related field Required
Required Minimum Experience
- Minimum 3 years program management, project management or related Talent Management experience Required
Required Minimum Skills
- Proficient in Project and program management, including basic knowledge of project management tools and methods High
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel and data reporting - database management preferred Medium
- Highly collaborative and able to work with a variety of different styles High
- Strong accountability and follow-through High
