ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop and implement innovative sourcing and candidate attraction strategies to build robust candidate pipelines for field frontline roles (front desk, maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, security, F&B, etc.) in support of our South Florida High Rise business unit.
- Partner with TA Director, talent acquisition team members, and hiring managers to prioritize organizational talent needs and define measurable sourcing strategies in support of achieving organizational objectives.
- In collaboration with TA Director, drive high volume pipelining plans, best practices, and tools. Research, analyze and compile data to support sourcing plans; measure progress and outcomes to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies, drive improvements and modify approaches as needed.
- Leverage your full portfolio of high-volume sourcing tools and tactics to deliver on stated talent acquisition and overall organizational objectives. Examples include ATS, CRM, job boards, resume databases, contact databases, cold calling, social media platforms and groups, online forums and communities, professional directories, 3rd party email lists, Chrome extensions, local community career partners, hiring events, campus career events, and more.
- Leverage approved metrics to actively manage high volume sourcing program and report to TA and business leaders on progress relative to stated talent acquisition and organizational objectives (attraction, acquisition, and retention).
- Remain in tune with and report on industry trends, the competitive landscape (large scale hiring and/or layoff activities presenting challenges or opportunities), creative/cutting-edge approaches to sourcing, as well as new tools.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and PROFICIENCIES:
- Must be proficient in in developing scalable workflows between sourced candidates, the recruiting team, and hiring managers in order to ensure optimal sourcing efficiency and throughput as it relates to high volume hiring of frontline associates.
- Must have outstanding written and verbal and communication skills across all levels, including ability to articulate organizational culture and opportunities to active or passive job seekers.
- Must have demonstrated proficiency successfully working across multiple functions and stakeholders as is required to support High Rise business unit.
- Must be highly adept at proactive methods/processes for finding and attracting passive talent for current frontline openings, talent pipelines, and talent pools.
- Proficient in Boolean search (including Google X-Ray) and data mining,
- Independent problem solver capable of succeeding without need of constant oversight.
- Must have a comfort level consistently meeting or exceeding measurable performance expectations as related to the sourcing function and its impact on TA and business goals.
- Proficient with sourcing-related data and metrics as well as enabling technologies that include applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management solutions, pipelining software, artificial intelligence (AI), and MS Office.
- Ability to travel regularly within South Florida market (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties).
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years talent sourcing experience in support of high volume, frontline hiring in hospitality, retail, restaurants, food and beverage, or related industries (in-house, agency, or RPO).
- Proven track record successfully sourcing, screening (as warranted), and working with recruiting team members and/or hiring managers to generate candidate leads and facilitate conversion of frontline candidates at a volume equivalent to or exceeding 200+ per month.
- Current experience working with frontline talent sourcing and pipelining tools and tactics, including applicant tracking systems, CRMs, resume databases, job boards, hiring events, and others including LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, Nymeria, HireEZ, ZoomInfo, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Experience with grassroots sourcing techniques involving engagement of local talent communities through facilitators/influencers such as unemployment offices and workforce assistance programs, schools, churches, associate referral programs, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Current professional recruiting certifications such as CIR, ACIR, and/or CSMR preferred.
- Bilingual required (English and Spanish).
