PURPOSE: Under supervision, maintains, repairs, and installs used cooking oil recovery tanks and associated equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Welding experience
• Experience in pump motor operation and repair, general electrical and plumbing concepts troubleshooting.
• Analytical thinking skills, problem solving ability required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prefer a two-year college degree program in the following disciplines (mechanical, electrical, welding)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide fabrication, installation and repair of used cooking oil recovery tanks.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and plumbing systems including pumps, motors, and plumbing.
• pipes runs associated with the operation of used cooking oil tanks in commercial food service establishments.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Report any issues to the Fabrication Production Manager about repair problems with the tanks for possible changes to make them safer.
• Expected to perform other duties as assigned.
