Job description
· Prepare tapas according to Recipe.
· Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures, cooking methods, tapas preparation etc.
· Maintain accurate food inventory.
· Responsible for daily tapas supply and inventory.
· Assist with inventory and ensure that the appropriate product is available.
· Adhere to security procedures to facilitate the safety of yourself and others including ensuring that all kitchen tools and equipment are returned to their designated secure area.
· Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
· Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
· Properly store tapas and food items at appropriate temperatures.
· Rotate stock items using FIFO.
· Ensure that the tapas preparation area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift.
· Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
