Job description

Tank Group is seeking a Task Force General Manager to assist with hotels within our portfolio. This will be a position that requires a travel commitment, as our hotels are located in the Virginia area (Staunton, Charlottesville & Richmond). On-site hotel task assignments will vary by operational and staffing needs.

While on property, the Task Force General Manager will work with all team members and operational departments to produce an outstanding hotel experience. The ideal candidate will assist in the property's continued success in the market and ensure superior guest satisfaction, while serving as a hands-on operator for the property.

Requirements for this position

• Traveling required
• Minimum of three years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and a professional image.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making ability and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
