We’re supporting a mid-sized, growing firm in NJ to hire Senior Tax Associates and Tax Managers. These aren’t replacing people who’ve left. They’re newly created positions in the firm.

For over 50 years they’ve been a well-respected NJ firm and they’re currently experiencing rapid growth. This growth means you won’t be competing with your colleagues for a limited number of promotion places. You’ll have a clear and structured progression program and the size of the firm means you’ll have direct exposure to the Partners. To give you an idea, you’ll often see interns sitting with the Partners as part of their development program.

As you’d expect with a mid-sized firm, you’ll have a broad focused remit. As a Tax Manager, you’ll be reviewing a range of returns including partnerships, corporate, individual, trust and gift returns. You’ll also get the chance to build close relations with your clients (that’s right, it’s not just the Partners that manage the relationships).
