Job description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Christian Language Arts Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in teaching language arts, enjoys working with small class sizes (approx 15 middle school students per grade), and is capable of inspiring and motivating them to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student performance, and providing feedback to students and parents. Salary based on education and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop lesson plans and activities to teach language arts concepts to students.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
• Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure student success.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem solving, and creativity in the classroom.
• Build relationships and be a positive Christian role model.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
