Team Lead/Hourly Supervisor

You are accountable for merchandise availability, department standards, and financial performance of your area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and answering their questions

● Tour your department to ensure it meets our customers' expectations

● Opportunity to lead teams ranging from 5- 30 people

● Prioritize tasks, execute processes and deliver results within your area toward common store goals.

● Ability to communicate, take direction at all levels, and turn it into action

Preferred Qualifications

● 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience AND 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 year’s retail work experience
