We are looking for a Team Supervisor to join our team and lead our group of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team, setting goals and objectives, and providing feedback and guidance to ensure that the team meets its targets. The Team Supervisor must possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and inspire the team, and have a deep understanding of the company's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Develop and implement team policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
