This position will work closely with the corporate IT groups and Supply Chain business users globally to develop, enhance, support, maintain, and test Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR) software solutions that support our SAP business systems at Molex. Solutions are crafted within the RR tools and integrated with our SAP MRP solutions. This role will be a part of a global team requiring and will interact with other technical groups, as well as business leaders and process owners.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Serves as an Kinaxis resource that collaborates with business function areas to fully understand and define the Supply Chain business requirements.
• Assists with prioritizing requests, confirm requirements, makes recommendations, and develop/enhance “to be” processes using best practice solutions.
• Key focus on understanding/requirement gathering end-to-end Global Sales & Operation Planning & Execution (GSOP&E) processes, identify potential areas and new developments within the GSOP&E processes.
• Provides “hands-on” configuration of RR solution, and its integration with SAP MRP which includes design and development of technical/functional specifications.
• Work on different areas like Supply Planning/MRP, Forecasting and Demand Planning, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning.
• Provides ongoing system support within RR software and provide necessary guidance on the related SAP MRP area.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new RR support patches and understands their uses/impacts as they relate to the Supply Chain area.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems, including Advanced Planning Solution tools.
• Experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR) solution and working understanding of MRP SAP area.
• Experience with constraint managements, including working with BOMs/Routings in SAP, performance tuning.
• Familiarity with a ticketing system to manage issue resolutions
  
• Experience developing test plans and perform comprehensive functionality tests of new and updated applications to verify desired results are achieved.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field (science, technology, engineering, math)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Certifications in Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Experience with data integration from SAP à RR and Close Loop RR à SAP, including, understanding of standard SAP tables, and troubleshooting.
