A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator in the Shepherdsville, KY area. You will coordinate product development with R&D - based on customer needs & trends.

Responsibilities:

· Plan & submit testing for new product launches

· Research all products to improve processes

· Address all product issues (troubleshoot – root cause – resolution)

· Meet with customers – discuss new & existing products

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering required.

· 2-5 years of chemical field experience – technical support &/or R&D preferred

· 2-5 years product development experience preferred

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Confident in Microsoft Office skills

· This position will not support visa sponsorship

This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear.
