Job description

We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team! Must be fluent in writing/speaking Spanish! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries for Spare Parts Orders
• Locate part number from bill and material
• Provide quotes to Customers for Spare Parts
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop a knowledge base of the parts to provide the correct part(s)
• Do various movements of inventory using company based software.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other technical/ industrial related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
• Must be able to work well under pressure at times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
