Job description
We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team! Must be fluent in writing/speaking Spanish! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries for Spare Parts Orders
- Locate part number from bill and material
- Provide quotes to Customers for Spare Parts
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop a knowledge base of the parts to provide the correct part(s)
- Do various movements of inventory using company based software.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other technical/ industrial related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
- Must be able to work well under pressure at times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
