Datawatch Systems, Inc. is accepting applications for a full-time Technical Support Representative to work in our Deale, MD location. The available position schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10:30am-7:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am-2:00pm.

Responsibilities:
Representatives work within established protocols to associate cards, fobs and other access devices with specific access levels, run card reports, troubleshoot card issues, and create access levels. Representatives interact daily with clients via telephone and email.
Overtime and advancement opportunities are available.

- Display excellent attention to detail.
- Have 1-2 years of data entry and customer service experience.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills with employees and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a solid technical knowledge base.Knowledge of Windows is required, as well as the ability to quickly learn additional software tools.
- Reliable and possess a strong sense of urgencyMust be able to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
- Have reliable transportation
- Experience in a call center or technical atmosphere is preferred.
