Job description
Our client is seeking a
Technical Training Specialist (Trainer) to support the Hudson, New Hampshire manufacturing site. This is a hands-on interfacing position that will help lead the effort in creating, developing, implementing, and presenting the local technical training curriculum both for new hires and current employees. This position will report directly to the Training Manager.

- Provide on-the-job training to new hires and existing employees in a production manufacturing setting
- Designs curriculum, training, and delivery of presentations either instructor led or online.
- Evaluates current training programs to further skills and knowledge to the site’s employees.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Training and Development or related field.
- 3-5 years of technical experience in a production or R&D manufacturing environment.
- 2-3 years of team development or training.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Instructional, analytical, and creativity skills to present materials to the targeted audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills required for presenting and collaborating.
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment, working in a fast paced environment.
