Job Title: Technical Writer I
Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia 23461 OR Orlando, FL 32826
Clearance Level: Interim Secret

- Support shore site improvements through maintenance of technical documentation specifications and standards.
- Develop test reports at the conclusion of test events, documenting test results, test coverage and overall test status.
- Maintain system baseline documentation, specifications, technical data package, and other data forming the configuration managed product baseline.
- Review and update maintenance index pages or maintenance requirement cards, concepts, procedures, and plans.
- Develop, review and update Supplemental Provisioning Technical Documents or other associated documents as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3+ Years Experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills is a must, along with verbal and written skills. Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Working Conditions
- General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.
- The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
- Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
- Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles.
- Some occasional walking or standing may be required.
- Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
