A Day in the Life

As the Technician, you will be part of the 1st shift operations team with a standard workday of 7:00am to 3:00pm. The schedule will be Monday through Friday.

As the Technician, you will operate automatic and manual process equipment and provide daily support of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures. Both mechanical and electrical experience are required. Weekend work will be volunteer based.

The responsibilities of the Technician may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• 0 years of experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice to Have

• Technical training/certification
• Experience with Motors, gearboxes, valves, vacuum systems
• Tooling/Assembly Fixture troubleshooting
• Strong Electromechanical Equipment troubleshooting
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Certified Reliability Leader Certification from Reliability Web / Uptime Elements
• Electrical Experience
• Ability to work weekends or overtime if needed
