JOB OPPORTUNITY – Office Equipment Technician

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• We will train the willing and able candidate.
• High School Diploma.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude. Prior Equipment Training accepted not required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS / MATH SKILLS:

• English (reading, writing, verbal)
• Basic math; some computer knowledge helpful.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidate can read, comprehend, and perform procedures in accordance with the service manuals and technical bulletins.
• Self-Motivated – Ability to work independently. Good attitude and work ethic.
• Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair of our client’s technology.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize problem solving skills through analysis of data from the client, electronic data and observations.
• Communicate and interact with customers, team, sales, management, and administration to understand the goals and meet deadlines.
• Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time.
• Provide accurate feedback with call close information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings. Perform other activities as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 75 - 100 pounds.
