Job Summary:
The Technology Program Coordinator is responsible for helping with key initiatives in order to achieve technology business objectives related to improving operational efficiency and quality. This role will e nsure that all parts of an assigned workstream are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates. The position requires a combination of strategic, tactical, and business acumen, demonstrated ability to work effectively across functional and organizational boundaries, and skills required to communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical audiences.

Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain updates to our global 3-year technology strategy. Ensure linkages to business strategy, financial objectives, and market dynamics.
- Monitor recurring processes to create new efficiencies, streamline operations, and achieve department goals.
- Project/Program support: Support critical workstreams of department initiatives including but not limited to creating comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, timelines as well as coordinating cross functional initiatives.
- Data Analysis: data manipulation of workforce, business, and/or financial data including data collection, storage, and maintenance in compliance with security policies and department guidelines; generate reports and insights from relevant data.
- Communications and Reporting: Create and present executive-level presentations and communications highlighting initiative progress, metrics, and data insights.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree & 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- An innovative self-starter with strong initiative. A "get things done" mentality.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). S/he will
- interact with individuals at senior levels of organizations (both internally and externally).
Technical Skills and Abilities:
- Functional experience in MS Excel data wrangling, analysis, and visualizations
- Functional experience in creating and delivering MS PowerPoint presentations.
- Demonstrated experience managing small to mid-sized projects (includes managing deliverable schedules, meeting coordination, tasks across multiple individuals etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to document processes.
