About the Role: In this role, the primary responsibility will be to manage the dissemination of new job opportunities through print and digital channels, while ensuring that previous job postings are taken down in a timely manner. Additionally, this position will require independent research of each team within the Human Resources department, in order to develop meaningful interview questions for team leads. Furthermore, job shadowing with at least one team member from each team will be a key part of the role, to gain a comprehensive understanding of each team's functions. This position will also involve assisting with the preparation of training rooms and conference spaces for meetings, observing pre-employment physicals, attending team meetings and HR department meetings, and participating in interviews and interview scheduling. A variety of projects will be assigned, including conducting interviews for teenWorkers, providing assistance with the Summer HR Vol Time program, and attending classes and training sessions. Other tasks assigned by coworkers will also require attention. The work environment is business casual, and the position requires the creation and delivery of a required end presentation.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- A form of identification
- A minimum 2.5 GPA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Good organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point, and internet
- Driven personality with a strong work ethic
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong records and document management skills
- Excellent computer experience particularly efficient with Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects and initiatives in a timely and effective manner, multitask and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to maintain quality assurance of all assignments in functional area. A high degree of accuracy is required.
- Great organizational skills and ability to learn new tasks easily
- Ability to work cooperatively and closely with coworkers, internal customers, outside vendors and outside contractors.
- Ability to work with confidential information and exercise discretion
