Essential Functions Statement(s)
Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
Processes service orders to the field, taking ownership of the customer inquiry to provide complete customer satisfaction.
Works within established guidelines and policies.
Is able to do estimated adjustments to consumption but has limited authority to provide credit adjustments.
Makes outbound calls to customers as necessary.

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Experience:
Three to Five years of related experience.

Computer Skills: Basic Skills, SAP experience strongly preferred, Outlook

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
