Our local family business that manages and maintains residential rental properties throughout the South Pinellas County area, is currently seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to join our team.
This position is responsible for coordinating all work requests from tenants in rental properties, and ensuring work is done in a timely manner. This position is done in the office, and strong customer service, computer and organizational skills are required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work requests;
- Communicate with Property Management Team, Property owners, tenants, and vendors;
- Ensure outstanding client relations and service (tenants, owners and vendors);
- Answer emails from tenants regarding maintenance for rentals;
- Take maintenance calls from tenants;
- Receive and respond to tenant work requests, and enter into PM Software;
- Assign work orders to vendors;
- Coordinate, contact and schedule vendors for work orders as needed;
- Contact homeowners for approval for larger work projects;
- Close out completed work orders in PM Software;
- Follow up with residents to ensure work orders are completed;
- Administer rental and fire inspections processes;
- Meet vendors, homeowners, and residents at properties as needed;
- Perform Unit Inspections and Prepare Inspection Reports;
- Assist with other property management tasks as needed;
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years Customer Service experience;
- Strong Administrative Experience Required;
- Organization and prioritization skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to detail;
- AppFolio Property Management Software experience preferred but not required;
- Basic Microsoft programs knowledge and computer skills;
- Positive attitude;
- Must have a valid Driver's license and operable vehicle.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
