Atlas Roof Shingles & Underlayments is seeking a Territory Support Representative for the Atlantic City, NJ area.

Territory Support Representative Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate with Region Managers any problems that have escalated with the customer.
• Participate on special projects and company initiatives as needed.
• Remain current on technical and process knowledge to properly answer questions.
• Provide prompt responses to technical issues and handle delicate business issues received from customers.
• Solicit assistance from others for resolution of customer issues when appropriate.
• Communicate with Region Manager on new product related information (e.g. news items, tips).
• Order and update literature upon visits to customer sites and as requested by customer.
• Submit and present reports on customer visits, training sessions, and field problems.
• Demonstrate commitment to Companies core values by leading, acting, and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.
• Follow all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Target roofing contractors for conversion to Atlas Shingle and Underlayment programs through relationship building and business support.
• Travel requirements 75% with daily and regional travel.

Territory Support Representative Experience

• Preferred retail service experience in building materials or related field.
• Preferred customer support experience in building materials or related field.

Territory Support Representative Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Cold calling skills are required
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Adaptability to a fast-changing environment and ability to multi-task in that environment
• Focus on customer satisfaction as the end result of the decision
• Strong reporting skills and communication skills with the ability to convey knowledge to others
• Eager to learn and impart information and know-how to others
• Ability to deliver in a stressful situation.
• Team player with the ability to be self-motivated and to work independently

Territory Support Representative Education, Licenses & Certifications

• A four-year degree is preferred.
