We are searching for a Mortgage Loan Originator who is both efficient and community focused. A successful candidate will aim to take on a growing team of Loan Officer Assistants, seek to improve processes and will be responsible for growing their business. The right candidate will have strong organizational skills, an ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and the motivation to work well within a team and toward personal goals. Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customers' mortgage needs.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and professional customer service to customers.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge among the products and services offered.
- Follow company policies and remain compliant on all products offered.
- Maintain and grow relationships within the community.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and timely, using the proper procedure for each transaction; maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain high integrity and positive mental attitude with all parties in the mortgage loan process
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $182,244.00 - $217,115.00 per year
