Job description
Within the spirit of “Making Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for the daily operations of the store which includes greeting customers, helping customers locate products, unpacking and displaying merchandise for sale and completing daily financial reports while ensuring the delivery of Raving Fans Customer Service for both internal and external customers.
This schedule for this position is Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every forth Sunday - 9:30am - 3:30pm
Salary commensurate with experience starting at $11.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily operation to include opening and closing the store
- Receive, unpack, categorize, price and display store merchandise
- Maintain inventory displays
- Assist customers to locate products and/or make alternative recommendations and suggestions
- Maintain a safe, clean and friendly store environment
- Provide information to customers
- Operate the cash register; assisting with purchases, discounts, returns, etc.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma and one (1) to two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have working knowledge of retail, sales, etiquette and office procedures
