Job description
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Therapeutic Clinician is to provide direct clinical care to Adult and Geriatric and/or Adolescent acute care behavioral health patients and a secondary responsibility of indirect clinical care. Group therapies, individual therapeutic interventions, milieu support, and the documentation of outcomes compromises 80 percent, or six hours, of daily responsibilities of direct clinical care. Daily Unit Reviews, individual and group clinical supervision, group planning, preparation and completion compromises 20 percent, or 2 hours, of daily activities of indirect clinical care. Clinical services occur within the scope of the clinicians' areas of expertise, training and skill levels and are assigned by the Clinical Coordinator in daily assignments in and Scheduled Therapeutic Programming.
