HYANNIS, MA – Child & Family Services is looking to hire motivated individuals to join our In Home Therapy team for the role of Therapeutic Training and Support Staff (TT&S)!
The TT&S will provide each client and his/her family with the most clinically appropriate approach to individual and family treatment. The TT&S will work in tandem with a Master’s level clinician performing family therapy as well as one-on-one support with youth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is in a Master’s program and looking to expand their clinical skills by working collaboratively with a Master’s level Clinician or someone with a Bachelors degree who is looking to gain more clinical experience working with children and families.
WE HAVE TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• Full-Time 40 hrs. per week position
• Part-Time 20 hrs. per week position

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work or closely related human services field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and families
• Possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as travel is required

Responsibilities:The following responsibilities are not meant to be all inclusive and may be adjusted to meet the agency’s needs:

• Assist with diagnostic, crisis intervention and treatment services to client and families using bio-psychosocial methods within a therapeutic relationship to obtain a level of functioning that reduces risk of hospitalization.
• Maintain timely production expectations and record keeping requirements
• Participate in clinical staff meetings
• Participate in weekly supervision with licensed clinician
• Maintain a high quality of work at all times
• Maintain a positive working relationship with agency staff, supervisors and community contacts
• Maintain a level of professionalism
• Utilize supervision for clinical consultation and case management
