Job description
Performs all offered respiratory therapies, ventilator management, EKG's, Pulse oximetry, Holter monitor, pulmonary function tests and special procedures via Pulmonologist. Operates and manages respiratory equipment and supplies to ensure safe and accurate patient care. Performs clerical duties such as chart data entry, input of department charges, document filing and other tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school for respiratory therapy and IL Licensure required
National Certification, RRT or CRT preferred
Must have current BLS certification, ACLS certification preferred
Minimum 3 years of critical care/ICU experience preferred
Must have strong background in bedside patient care
Able to be self-supervising and self-motivated
Basic computer skills in working with Excel and Word

Pay Range
$23.39 - $38.56

Placement within the identified pay range is based on individual and market factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, credentials (including licenses and certifications), geographic location, market competition, skill set (including market availability of required skills), assigned/anticipated job tasks, and level of responsibility.
