Job Description and Required Qualifications:

Nat-su Healthcare is looking for an experienced Clinical Director to oversee Warrior Spirit men's recovery program, an ASAM 3.5 residential Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders program and associated continuum of care levels. Supervision of all clinical services for therapists, case management and peer support professionals, all programming components, responsibility for maintaining program standards, policies, and licenses/certifications/accreditations. Will have small case load, run groups, conduct psycho-education groups, be part of executive committee, and other duties as required and assigned. Directly accountable to Managing Director and the Skull Valley Band of Goshute’s Executive Committee. Typical work week is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with expected evening and weekend shifts and work demands. This is an exempt position.

Required Qualifications and Preferences:

Hold a valid LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Ph.D. license in any state of the United States of America

Have no outstanding licensing restrictions imposed by any state regulatory commission

At minimum 5 years of clinical experience

At least 3 years of supervisory experience regardless of Behavioral Health setting

Familiarity with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Co-Occurring Competent (substance abuse treatment and mental health practice)

Strong relational skills and interpersonal capacity

Whole person orientation to health, recovery, and services

Trauma Informed with possible Trauma Specific Skills

Cross-Cultural sensitive, savvy and experienced

Preferred experience with White Bison Wellbriety, the Red Road,

Strongly Preferred American Indian/Alaskan Native

Successful candidate must be able to obtain an equivalent license in the State of Utah within one (1) year of hire.

Responsibilities:

Be able to utilize and execute the Wellbriety foundation of programming

Be able to lattice other evidence-based practices into programming

Create and maintain a Trauma Informed environment for clients and staff

Work toward Co-Occurring Enhanced status in programming and personnel

Be able to supervise in a constructive and person-centered manner

Able to conduct groups, psycho-education, and individual therapy

Capable of assisting in attaining and maintaining licensure, accreditation and certifications

Understands outcome measures and can assist with program analysis

Recognizes professional standards, HIPPA , CFR-42, part 2, ethical, and professional conduct

Can demonstrate forward thinking and innovation in an ongoing improvement plan

Able to represent Nat-su Healthcare, Warrior Heart, Skull Valley Band of Goshutes in a professional and positive way

Pay: $75,000.00 - $93,500.00 per year
