Matthews Industries invites you to join our team! We are a family owned metal fabricator of sheet metal parts and assemblies and are seeking skilled welders to perform tig and mig welding to produce repetitive parts.

In this role our welders performs various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

* Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers and use math to preform basic calculations.

* Must be able to perform tig and mig welding on stainless, galvanized and aluminium

* Must be proficient in welding techniques

Qualifications:

* Experienced in both tig & mig welding

* Successful completion of an internal welding test

* Negative drug test

* Committed to quality and accuracy of work performed

* Understanding and support of company policies and procedures

* Excellent attendance

Experience:

* Minimum of three years of welding experience

Education:

* High school or equivalent
