We have immediate opportunity on Spencerport Rd in the Gates/Spencerport area for an experienced Assistant Manager. Competitive hourly pay, full time opportunity with potential overtime, 40-45 hrs/week. Advancement opportunities, Paid vacation time, benefits offerings and 401K.

Looking for someone who enjoys a fast paced, energetic work environment. Must be dedicated and committed to high standards, passionate about training and developing others. You would be responsible for leading shifts and assisting the General Manager in delivering an outstanding customer and crew experience while driving sales growth and demonstrating your ability to help deliver on financial results. This is a full time position, You should expect to work 38-40 hours a week with potential for overtime based on the stores needs and your preferences. Our primary business is in the morning- this is a GREAT JOB for an experienced leader who wants to be home most nights of the week, our shifts typically are 4am-1pm, 5am-2pm, or 6am-2pm 5 days a week.

Compensation:

  • Pay rate in the range of $17-$19 and negotiable based on experience
  • Assistant Manager Compensation includes 2 weeks paid vacation annually

Expectations:

  • Experience in a restaurant/quick service environment required.
  • Responsible for helping develop team members and training others.
  • Collaborator- Working with General Manager and Supervisors to achieve goals, maintain standards and expectations, while running great shifts.
  • Understands the importance of delivering high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
  • Responsible for driving sales and transactions through drive thru efficiency and salesmanship behaviors.
  • Stays current on all company policies and new promotions.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and can think on your feet.
  • Must be willing, able and confident to help in any aspect of service for our restaurant.
  • Great attitude, self-motivated and problem solving ability.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high volume, fast paced atmosphere.
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills and can work a flexible schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
