Status: Full-Time
Dealership: Lamborghini Seattle, Bentley, McLaren, Rolls-Royce and OpenRoad Northwest
Department: Accounting
Must be driven to succeed, in work and in life. We are closed Sundays. Monday to Saturday, closed 6PM.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for title handling and processing of all vehicles; New, Used and Wholesale.
- Verifying title via applicable platforms, ie: iVIP, National databases
- Meeting all various State compliances, laws and taxation requirements
- Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
- Prepare tax and title documents
- Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title
- Bill out all dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin
- Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work, liens, or lien releases
- Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provide a current list of outstanding titles to the office manager at the end of the month
- Sign over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full
- Prepare a monthly report to management of any funds not collected from wholesalers due to missing or incomplete tilework
- Prepare stock cards for new and used vehicles
- Process/register all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts
- Maintain a log of all contracts processed and mailed
- Process yearly renewal of dealer tags in conjunction with controller
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to be versatile in working with changing priorities of position responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone, and in writing.
- Interpersonal skills, ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
- 1+ year titling/DOL experience.
