PICK YOUR HOURS: Monday-Friday, you choose: 10a-7p or 9a-6p (CO only), or 8a-5p (TX only).
- This role also requires two Saturday half-shifts per month in addition.

SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Titles Specialist reviews the loan/deal set up in The Savings Group system and ensures that the DMV documents reveal the correct state where a vehicle is licensed and registered. Fees will be rated to match what is due, per the state’s DMV requirements, specific for that title transaction type. Knowledge of all states DMV requirements for lien perfections, title transfers or knowledge of obtaining state policy and procedures applicable to a transaction title type are essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in the following key areas:
- Identifies deal set up -refinance, purchase, transfer of ownership or collateral loans
- Able to determine errors by miscalculations, deal setup or incorrect procedures applied to title documents
- Determine name variations or corrections due to marriage, divorce or errors by DMV entries
- Identifies the integrity of signed documents, by signatures, dates, notary stamp/seals and acknowledgements on title documents
- Assess if correct title documents were generated to support the title transaction deal set up
- Access DMV vehicle records to verify registered owner/lender information or any branding on title.
- Accurate fee assessment per state DMV guidelines per title transaction type
- Ability to convey in detailed written form errors committed with supporting state compliance policies through email and system notes.
- Manage assigned queues daily.
- Ensure quality assurance of documents prior to submission to jurisdiction for processing.
- Perform other duties as assigned per business requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
Prefer at least 2 years or more of processing title applications with a low rejection rate, and high degree of understanding all 50 state DMV policies and procedures, as a Title Specialist- Review credit file for 2nd liens, judgments, tax attachments and DMV records for parking/toll violations, flags or stops
- Ability to interpret DMV policies and procedures that pertains to the title transaction requested
- Exceptional attention to detail and very task oriented
- Ability to access appropriate fees for transaction type
- Internet navigation skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of office machine for faxing, scanning and copying

COMPENSATION:
This position pays $20 - 26/hr depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities.
