Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Tool & Die Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tool & die making, lathe, mill, injection molded components, and tool making. The position is permanent and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create precision tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures for use in manufacturing processes.
• Operate and maintain various machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the correct dimensions and tolerances of the tools and parts.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair tools and dies as needed to ensure production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of tool and die inventory, maintenance, and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tool & die making, lathe, mill, injection molded components, and tool making.
• Proficient in the use of various machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
