Prairie Gate is seeking a Full Time Trained Medication Assistant ( CMA / TMA ) to join our team in our Long Term Care.
Hours Scheduled: 2:00PM-10:30PM

Salary: $19- $22.26+/hour

This community offers the following care options: Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Care Center/Long Term Care
Near by towns include: Chautauqua, Crescent, Weston, Iowa & Omaha, Nebraska. This community is within walking distance of Iowa Western Community College.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the provision of high quality care and services to Care Center residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
- Administers medications and treatments under the direct supervision of a nurse
- Performs Resident Assistant responsibilities as assigned.
- Medication Administration certification required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
