The Training Coordinator will serve as the site point-of-contact regarding training. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the manufacturing hands-on trainer team. Training date, including but not limited to budget tracking, adherence to training requirements, maintaining the filing system, and processing training release paperwork will be the responsibility of this job function. the coordinator will serve as the primary resource and back up the Learning and Development Manager.

What is my earning potential?

We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $20.85 with top pay up to $20.85. In addition, our updated enhanced shift premium $1.00 for 12-hour night shifts.

• Must pass reading test (high pass preferred)
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Excellent work record
• Must have excellent communication skills

• Must be willing to work days off and overtime when needed
