Position: Training Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote
Hours: 40 per week
Up to $55k/year Depending on Experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Serves as direct administrative support for Director of Training
- Demonstrates competency in executing assigned tasks related to event and LMS support
- Responsible for submitting content and monitoring outcomes for continuing education credit
- Updates and formats documents as needed in alignment with brand guidelines and expectations
- Manages/coordinates calendars and schedules as requested
- Performs general organization and auditing of electronic files for Spark Training
- Manage meeting invitations, attends and take minutes for Spark Training led meetings, and as needed
- Coordinates and arranges conference calls as needed
- Acts as point of contact for associates/clients of Spark Training
- Responsible for printing, assembly, and shipping of physical training products and tracking of expenses/billing to appropriate clients
- Maintains correct contact information and supports email marketing and communication efforts for Spark Training
- Submits conference registration paperwork for Spark associates as needed
- Provides administrative support for training programs, trackers, data entry, and other duties as assigned
- Assists with Spark Training Helpdesk to manage basic Learning Management System issues
- Creates and edits written/email communication that is grammatically sound and error free
- Represents and upholds the organization’s expectations for completion of assigned learning
- Engages in crucial conversation methodology to facilitate transparent communication
- Any and all other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years' experience in a related field
- Strong Microsoft Office, design, and written communication skill sets
- Working knowledge of obtaining and maintaining training accreditation
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Trustworthy, confident, and responsible when handling or presenting sensitive information
- Active/current CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire)
