TopView Sightseeing is a New York-based double-decker bus company offering various sightseeing tours by bus, bike, and boat. Our growing team of native local experts serves over 2,000 customers daily, and visitors to the Big Apple can experience New York City with unforgettable views. As we build our new brand, we are growing tremendously and launching new websites and digital products to enhance the customer experience across our network of brands, including Bike Rental Central Park and New York Water Tours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating drivers, bus stop supervisors, and vehicles to regularly scheduled routes and charters.
• Manage the routes, stops, and the entire operation.
• Ensure that all route information is up to date and resolve scheduling problems to ensure that all routes are covered.
• Able to use routing and GPS software. Ability to guide drivers and ensure they are traveling the best route possible.
• Must be able to handle two-way radios.
• Monitor schedules and manage employee time cards daily for payroll.
• Must have knowledge of the 5 boroughs of NYC.
• Must be flexible with Schedule - available to work weekends and holidays if needed.
• Maintain communication with the operations manager, drivers, maintenance department, supervisors, and other departments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-year supervisory experience.
• At least 3-years of dispatching experience.
• Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be familiar with Google Drive.
• Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be detail-oriented and accurate.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable
• CDL B license with passenger and air brakes endorsements is a big plus
• Military experience and/or College is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
