The Transitions Associate will be responsible for supporting the Transitions Team with all onboarding tasks and supporting our on-site team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete Set-up transition folders and checklists
  • Complete internal checklist and update needs throughout onboarding process
  • Track all incoming data and file accordingly
  • Submit requests for general account set-ups
  • Prepare property takeover materials for on-site team
  • Support on-site team during property takeover
  • Prepare materials and support team during due diligences
  • Assist with transition tasks as assigned by Transitions Manager
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Detail oriented, organized, and thorough
  • Collaborates well with team members
  • Effective and efficient time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude
