Job description

As a Transportation Assistant you will be working in our climate controlled warehouse facility to assist with all inbound and outbound shipments and ensure each consignment is precisely processed. Responsibilities include checking box inventory, running the forklift, helping to maintain the Reynolds & Reynolds fleet vehicles (making sure the vehicles are inspected, full of gas, oil has been changed, etc.) and occasional trips to Houston to make deliveries. Many of these duties will be performed through our computer system using Reynolds own software. Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age to operate forklift
• Receiving requires driving a standard truck
