• Minimum 1 year experience a must.
• Ability to Maintain Route Scheduling, organize route and plan ahead.
• Candidate should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask. Computer literate.
• Must have knowledge of the 5 boroughs of NYC.
• Must be flexible with Schedule – Able to work any shift on any day of the week.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the activity of Drivers and Ensure timely completion of Customer Transport.
• Ability to organize logical and efficient schedules and routes and adapt to changes
• Ability to read, comprehend and understand a map
• Provides accurate responses to callers’ questions about schedules, trips and other information as available to the agent via the computerized scheduling system screen
• Exhibits excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
• Resolves problems related to Customer or Driver complaints; resolves problems associated with Customer Transport.
• Call passengers and inform them of upcoming late trips when known.
• Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail, work under pressure and time sensitive deadlines.
• Maintain communications with drivers; call customers who are reported as No Shows and advise drivers; document No Shows according to established procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities.
• Maintain a clean work station and contribute to a healthy and clean working environment.
• Excellent Team Working Skills a must.
