Are you a self-motivated, hard-working individual that loves to travel? We are looking to grow our team of travel consultants and encourage you to apply if you take pride in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a client relationship, and are passionate about travel of any kind.

As a travel agent, you will create, promote, and book travel itineraries for business, leisure, and wedding clients - just to name a few. If you would like to specialize in a specific area (such as Europe, cruises, theme parks, etc.) please let us know. You will also be responsible for maintaining client confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information like their driver’s license, passport, and credit card information.

Responsibilities:

• Research and become familiar with various destinations regarding pricing, weather, COVID restrictions, and more
• Qualify clients to learn what they are looking for in their trip
• Provide clients with multiple options to meet their travel needs
• Book trips for clients and ensure that all information is entered correctly
• Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information
• Provide travelers with all important travel documentation
• Collect payments
• Handle any unforeseen circumstances that may arise before, during, and after client travel
• Maintain a record book of client travel documents, information, and financial statements
• Maintain a professional attitude
• Attend ongoing trainings via Zoom when necessary

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must reside within the United States
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a smart device to work from (laptop, tablet, phone, etc)
• Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally regardless of circumstance
• Proficient in English - other languages a plus
• Must be willing to operate under little to no supervision
• Must be willing to operate in a commission based position
