Collette is seeking Travel Documents Coordinator to join the Production/Distribution Team. This is a 6 month temporary role is based at headquarters in Pawtucket, RI.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile guest travel documents for shipping. Verify that all purchased tour components appear and are accurately reflected in the guest travel documents.
  • Verify that all branded materials have been appropriately included in the guest travel documents.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify and resolve challenges related to the processing of guest travel documents.
  • Monitor dashboard to prioritize early requests to meet guest expectations.
  • Monitor, respond and process phone queue and department email inbox.
  • Performs other functions as assigned

  • Proactive, positive, and professional approach and demeanor to their work with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Collaborates well with others and fosters a cooperative work environment
  • Ability to effectively create and communicate through all means of communication.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekend, night, and holiday coverage to meet business need
  • Demonstrate the ability to optimize productivity and complete tasks thoroughly and accurately. Must be detail oriented.
  • Demonstrates skill in customer service, time management, and organization
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications.
  • Contribute to the financial stability of the organization through quality control auditing.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
