Sea Love Swim is hiring Swim Instructors for their 2023 swim season. We provide traveling swim instructors and also have home locations in Belleview, TN; Fairview, TN; and Hendersonville, TN. Our Swim Instructors make their own swim schedules and travel radius for where they are willing to provide swimming lessons. Instructor Training Required.

Sea Love Swim provides positive, water-safe swimming lessons for infants, toddlers and children. *If you have experience teaching adults we also provide adult swimming lessons.

Our Instructors must be able to:

• maintain their own set availability schedule
• be independent and reliable
• be on time for swimming lessons
• be able to use a smart phone for daily online booking confirmations
• be comfortable traveling to people's homes or community pools for lessons

Our Instructor must have:

• CPR certification (or willing to get CPR certified before teaching lessons)
• Knowledge of all 4- swimming strokes
• Experience working with kids
• reliable vehicle for travel lessons

*WSI or Lifeguard Certified a plus but not required

Our Instructor must be willing to:

• complete online training ($45)
• submit to a full background check ($30)
• sign a non-compete
• have a Venmo account for payment

* training and background check expenses are reimbursed back to you after completing 10 swim lessons

Pay:

30 minute bookings: $15-$25 per lesson

60 minute bookings: $30-$50 per lesson

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
