Lavatory & Water Truck Driver - 2nd Shift - Full Time

Shifts:

• 2pm-10:30pm

Position Purpose:

The Lavatory & Water Driver is responsible for servicing the needs of the individual airline and the associated requirements of their aircraft in accordance with the airline and the company’s policies and procedures for all aspects of a successful operation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Basic servicing of aircraft lavatories to include the removal of lavatory contents, flushing the lavatory system and refilling the lavatory fluid to the established levels in accordance with the airline and Jetstream’s policies and procedures.
• Basic servicing of aircraft portable water tanks including filling the tank to the established levels in accordance with the airline and Jetstream’s policies and procedures
• Completion of all aircraft servicing logs as established by the airline and Jetstream’s policies and procedures.
• Safely operate the lavatory and water servicing vehicles; proper servicing of vehicles before and/or during shift
• Removal of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) from ramp surfaces adjacent to or surrounding the airport terminal building
• Ensuring timely completion of assigned duties and report any deviations to policies and procedures or work performance challenges to management.
• Develop and maintain a good rapport with airport business partners and airline personnel.
• Give immediate notification to management when anticipating or experiencing irregular operations that may impact our team members or service to our customers.
• Other relevant duties as assigned by management staff.

Required Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 year as a lavatory/water driver experience
• Possess a valid US driver’s license.
• Must pass drug screen and a 10-year FAA background check (employment/criminal)
• Reliable method of transportation to arrive at the work location on-time.
